As a Service Advisor, you will play a major role in providing professional service to clients and business customers in order to achieve growth ambitions and LCV sales success.

● An associate’s degree in mechanics or a related field may be advantageous;
● Experience in the automotive field may be advantageous;
● A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry;
● Proficiency with industry-specific software;
● Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills;
● Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
● The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management;
● Potrebna je napredna razina engleskog jezika

Informacije o poslu:

● Stalni posao, puno radno vrijeme
● Starting salary after tax in Ireland for this Service Advisor role will be from 2.500 € do 2.620 € neto mjesečno (36.000 € do 38.000 € bruto; prije poreza, godišnje) za 40 radnih sati tjedno
● Open to bonus structure discussion
● Could guarantee 500 € bonus for first 3 months
● Company car provided

● Your duties will be: to communicate with customers to determine their vehicular problems and the repair timeline and provide the technicians with accurate repair descriptions about the customers’ concerns
