For our client, an Irish fast food restaurant chain in Co. Cork, we are looking for a Fast food Assistant.
Candidate information/requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience in a high-volume location, in a comparable Fast Food Operations
Previous management experience in a catering, fast food, or restaurant environment
HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus
Excellent customer service, good leadership, and organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
Good level of English is required
About the job:
Permanent, full-time position
Start: January 2025
If moving to Ireland from abroad, the employer will secure accommodation which you will be paying between 530 € to 600 € per month for a private room in the nearby area (utilities are not included)
Salary after tax in Ireland for this Assistant role will be between 2.050 € to 2.090 € net per month (28.080 € to 28.700 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week
As a Fast Food Assistant, you will be required:
To create a warm welcome for all of our customers.
To engage with customers, regarding requests for information about products, pricing, and special offers.
To accurately take food orders from all customers.
To balance all cash and card payments when processing a sale.
To prepare food according to the standard.
To accurately ‘bag’ or place on trays the customer food orders for collection at the catering/ Drive-Thru/Click and Collect.
To ensure high standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained.
To follow the stock rotation system within the store.
To take and process both phone and online orders for customer collection.
To maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.
To follow guidelines and control the use of stock in store.
To support waste management in the store.
To handle customer complaints and queries.
