For our client, a leading Irish food, and convenience retailer in Cork city center, Ireland, we are looking for a Shop Supervisor.
● The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience in a customer-facing role, including (convenience/grocery) stores, as well as fast foods, canteens, etc.
● Prior experience in a supervisor position
● Excellent customer service, good communication, and organizational skills
● Complying with the food and safety standards
● Prior experience in sales would be advantageous
● A good level of English is required
● Permanent, full-time position
● If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with two weeks of free accommodation. After that, you will be paying between 400 € (+ utilities) per month for a private room in the nearby area
● Salary after tax in Ireland for this Shop Supervisor role will be approximately 2.065 € net per month (28.288 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week
● Your salary will be paid weekly on an hourly basis (400 € net per week)
● Your duties will be: to supervise staff, manage inventory, receive, process, and organize shipments and deliveries, restock depleted or low shop items, and ensure that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
