For our client, a leading Irish food, and convenience retailer in Co. Cork, Ireland, we are looking for a Store Manager.
Candidate information/requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior management position (either as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager);
Previous experience leading and managing a team;
Customer-centric with a positive attitude and passion for grocery retail;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
Strong knowledge and experience in reading and actioning reports;
Excellent communication skills;
Highly driven with a strong work ethic;
Organised, self-driven, excellent attention to detail, and use of own initiative;
Proven record of achieving KPIs and targets;
Commercial acumen and brand awareness;
Ability to plan, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced working environment;
Irish retail experience is a must
An advanced level of English is required
About the job:
Permanent, full-time position
Salary for this Store Manager role will be 42.000 € gross (before tax, per year) on 42 hours per week
Client can assist with accommodation if needed
Your duties will be: to be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively while providing exceptional customer service and fresh food offerings at all times; responsible for delivering on key store targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operations
