For our client, an Italian restaurant chain Basta in Sweden, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager(s) on several locations that will grow into Restaurant management position.
Information and Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have at least three years of work experience in the same position, preferably in a restaurant or a hotel
Ability to organize work and experience in leading a big team
Supervision of daily restaurant operations
Financial management and the ability to achieve planned cost percentages
Oversight of inventory and food quality control, as well as implementation of hygiene and safety regulations
Proven methods for increasing sales
Monitoring trends and competitor activities
Proactivity in resolving guest and staff complaints
An advanced level of English is required
About the job:
Permanent, full-time position
Salary in Sweden for this Restaurant Manager role will be around gross per month (3.000 € – 3.600 € gross per month) + bonuses and tips
If moving to Sweden from abroad, you would be provided with accommodation (from 450 € per month for a single room)
Your duties will include: overseeing all restaurant operations, maintaining quality standards, managing the team, organizing staff, and providing excellent service at all times, reporting to the General Manager
