For our client, a multi-award winning automotive company in Co. Dublin, Ireland, we are looking for a Service Advisor.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a major role in providing professional service to clients and business customers in order to achieve growth ambitions and LCV sales success.
● An associate’s degree in mechanics or a related field may be advantageous;
● Experience in the automotive field may be advantageous;
● A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry;
● Proficiency with industry-specific software;
● Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills;
● Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
● The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management;
● An advanced level of English is required
● Permanent, full-time position
● Starting salary after tax in Ireland for this Service Advisor role will be from 2.500 € to 2.620 € net per month (36.000 € to 38.000 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week
● Open to bonus structure discussion
● Could guarantee 500 € bonus for first 3 months
● Company car provided
● Accommodation is not provided
● Full training will be provided for the right individual
● Your duties will be: to communicate with customers to determine their vehicular problems and the repair timeline and provide the technicians with accurate repair descriptions about the customers’ concerns
