Labyrinth Recruitment was founded by Vinko Ninčević, Master of Science in Economics, who has been actively involved in the hiring process and labour market analysis since he graduated from university.
While working as a Recruitment Consultant for one of the oldest Irish recruitment agencies he specialized in the hospitality industry. His enthusiasm, professionalism and being forthright helped him actively contribute to the development of the agency and the market, and to become a recognizable name in the business, which is why he was soon promoted to a Recruitment Manager position. By organizing over ten job fairs where over 700 job seekers found their desired jobs in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom, he gained insight into the state and development of the labour market of Croatia, Greece, Romania and Italy.
However, in 2020, when, due to the crisis and uncertainty caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, employers had to make efforts to preserve jobs, and workers feared the worst. He then decided to set up his own agency for counselling and employment mediation.
Previous clients and candidates with whom he worked recognized him as a trustworthy person who knows how to maintain a positive business spirit. While searching for solutions, he discovered other industries that have a high demand for skilled workers. His constant desire to acquire new knowledge and gain new experiences helped him successfully get out of the framework of his specialization and connect with new clients from various service activities, both from the Republic of Croatia and from abroad.

Meet Hana Ganza, our ˝relocation expert˝ – she can provide you with first-hand information on how to prepare for your new life in Ireland.
Before joining our team, she was working in a 4-star hotel in Dublin as a receptionist and has experienced Ireland as a true expat. Maybe you are wondering what brought her to Ireland and how she started her career as a recruiter? Hana has vast hospitality experience as a receptionist in 4* and 5* hotels and as an agency manager, which helped her develop excellent communication skills and find the right approach to people of different profiles. Meet Hanna Pallaoro Šarotić, actually our second Hana. She is the newest member of the Labyrinth
Recruitment team, but we feel like she has been here for ages. Hana has a Master’s degree in Business Economy and Marketing, so maybe that is the reason why she is the Sherlock Holmes in our team, always digging out data or any other info that we need. Despite her Marketing background, after graduation, she started working in HR in the shipping industry, for three years and counting. As a student, she has been working in hospitality and tourism in the Split area.
She also has great knowledge of the pharmacist and occupational therapist job market and can provide you with plenty of information about the roles in Ireland, the rates of pay, and general details about life in Ireland.
With her extensive experience and great attitude, Hana will make your relocation process as easy as simply doing your everyday activities.
